Are there any prerequisites or qualifications required for participating? |
|

| All participants must: |
| - | be in possession of a valid driving license and with at least 3 years driving experience; |
| - | hold valid travel documents and visa for the respective destinations; |
| - | comply with the health requirements for the performance of the programs and if necessary, have proofs of vaccination requested; and |
| - | comply with all material rules and regulations for the performance of the programs. |
| For the AMG Driving Academy, participants for the PRO Training must complete the ADVANCED Training first, and participants for the Winter Sporting PRO must have completed the Winter Sporting program. |

Does Mercedes-Benz organize the transportation to the destination and the accommodation? |
|
|
|
| Participants shall be solely responsible for traveling to and from the destination of their program (including arranging the transportation of their own vehicle) at own costs. However, flight from Germany to the destination for the Winter Sporting program will be arranged by the organizer and the costs of which is included in the package price. If required, Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong shall be happy to assist you. |
| All package prices include accommodation. Depending on the program, participants will be arranged to stay in upmarket hotels. You may stay in a hotel of you own choice, but such an arrangement is not recommended as you do not want to miss the opportunity to interact with other participants, enjoy the finest dinners, special activities arranged and the briefing sessions at night. |

Can I choose the Mercedes-Benz model that I want to drive? Or is it possible to try out all of the provided models? |
|

|
| With AMG Driving Academy, a wide range of AMG models will be available for the ADVANCED Training, Winter Sporting and Winter Sporting PRO programs. Participants will be able to swap cars and thus, subject to vehicle availability, participants have the chance to try out different models. A limited number of AMG vehicles are also available for hire for the PRO Training at the costs of participants. |
| For the Mercedes-Benz Offroad programs, participants will be provided GL-, M- or G-Classes (vehicle allocation is subject to availability). For the adventure-journeys to Australia and Mongolia traveling in participant's own vehicle is required. |

Do I have to share the vehicle with another person? |
|
|
|
| Vehicles provided in all the driving programs are required to be shared between two participants except for vehicles provided for the Winter Sporting PRO, which are manned singly. |
| Participants are not required to share their own vehicles (apart from their companion) or hired vehicles (PRO Training program) with other participants. |

Can I participate with my own car? |
|

|
| Vehicles are provided in most driving programs. For the AMG Driving Academy, participants can drive their own vehicle only in the ADVANCED Training and PRO Training. With the Mercedes-Benz Offroad, participants shall travel in their own GL-, M- or G-Class vehicles for the adventure-journeys to Australia and Mongolia. |

How large is the group size? |

| The group size varies from program to program. For the AMG Driving Academy, it is between 12 to 60 participants. For Mercedes-Benz Offroad, it is within the range of 12 to 24 participants. The maximum number of participants for each program is stated in the detailed information. |

Who are the instructors during the program? What are their qualifications? |
|

| For the AMG Driving Academy, the instructors are licensed and race-tested trainers supported by experienced AMG staff. For the Mercedes-Benz Offroad, instructors have 20 years of various kinds of experience leading from national rally and offroad competitions to repeated participation in the famous Rally Paris-Dakar. |

Can I bring someone along? |
|

| For the AMG Driving Academy, participants may bring a companion. The companion needs to be registered and subject to the same conditions as for the participants. He or she also is subject to payment of a participation price. Please refer to the detailed information provided for the companion package price. Companions for the AMG Driving Academy programs are not permitted to drive any vehicle. |
| For Mercedes-Benz Offroad, everyone who joins the trip is required to sign up as a participant (no "companions"). |

| At the AMG Driving Academy and Mercedes-Benz Offroad, our seasoned expert instructors will help you discover exciting new ways to push your driving experience and skills to new limits in the most safe and responsible fashion. Sufficient spare parts will be carried along the program to provide the utmost technical support to ensure the safety operation of the vehicles. However, it is very important that every participant follows the instructors' advice closely. The highly experienced and professionally trained instructors and the high safety standards of the provided Mercedes-Benz vehicles will then ensure maximum possible safety. |

Is there any equipment I have to bring with me? |
|
|
|
| In general, there is no equipment required for the AMG Driving Academy programs. However, for the Winter Sporting and Winter Sporting PRO programs, participants are recommended to bring suitable clothing to cater for the extremely cold temperatures. Participants may also bring their own helmet, instead of using the helmet provided. |
| For Mercedes-Benz Offroad, the necessary equipment depends on the respective program. It may comprise GPS, sleeping bag, camping equipment, satellite phone, food and drinks and additional fuel. A detailed list of necessary equipment will be provided to participants in advance. |

For the Mercedes-Benz Offroad programs, will we always be driving as a group or can I sometimes explore the area with my car on my own? |
|
|
|
| Equipped with a detailed roadbook, a GPS navigation system and a briefing about the next track section, participants are free to make their way to the next hotel on their own. Of course participants can also stay with the group or the organization vehicle. The service vehicle will be always behind the group, ensuring the group reaches the destination before dusk and assist in case of any unforeseen happenings. |

Will I be insured during the program? What if I get sick or have an accident? What about my vehicle? |
|
|
|
| Participants will be covered by an international accident insurance during the program period. However, save as companions registered as participants under the Mercedes-Benz Offroad programs, companions are not covered by the international accident insurance. |
| Depending on the programs, the organizer will be able to provide participants with on-site simple medical back-up. To ensure the utmost enjoyment of the driving programs, participants are recommended to organize at own costs personal health insurance, transport insurance for own vehicle and luggage, and travel cancellation insurance. |
| As for vehicles, participants shall be responsible for organizing adequate international automobile insurance for their own vehicle. The vehicles provided are comprehensively insured. For hired vehicles, the conditions governed by the rental agreement between the participant and the organizer apply. However, in the event of an accident or technical problems or damage, no replacement vehicle can be provided by the organizer. |
| Further, in case of an accident caused by the participant, the participant shall be responsible to pay an excess of EUR 2,500 for vehicles provided under the AMG Driving Academy programs or EUR1,000 for vehicles provided under the Mercedes-Benz Offroad programs. In case the damage caused by participant due to his gross negligence, failure to follow instructions of the instructions, failure to adhere to statutory regulations, the participant shall be liable for all damaged caused by him- or herself. |

| The participant is required to fill in the registration form attached to the detailed information provided and return the same to Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong. Upon receiving the registration form, the organizer in Germany will issue a written confirmation on the travel agreements to the participant and follow up with the participant directly on the detailed arrangements for the program. Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong shall also be pleased to assist you. |
